AAFP CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to any meeting, the attendee will receive a full refund. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to any meeting the attendee will receive a full refund minus a $100.00 administration fee.
